Meters
will be read and bills rendered monthly. When the Company is unable to read
the meter due to physical conditions, the bill for the month will be estimated
on the basis of past service records or other available data. Bills rendered
for gas service in months in which meters are not read shall have the same force
and effect as those based on actual readings. Any customer who does not desire
to receive an estimated bill may read his meter and send the readings to the
Company on appropriate forms which will be provided by the Company.
